Cheeseburger Loaded Sweet Potato Fries

- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 cup grape tomatoes, quartered
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1 (7-oz) bag chopped butter lettuce

- 1 (8-oz) bag shredded Unexpected Cheddar Cheese
Frozen
- 2 (15-oz) bags frozen sweet potato fries
Pantry / Dry Goods
- 1/3 cup ketchup
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Sauces & Condiments
- 1 (18.6-oz) jar kosher dill pickles, chopped
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 Tbsp mustard
- 1 Tbsp dill relish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
- Spread the frozen sweet potato fries in a single layer on the lined baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown and crispy.
- Meanwhile, heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the ground beef and onion. Break apart the meat and cook until the onion is translucent and the meat is cooked through. Drain the excess grease.
- In a small bowl, whisk the sauce ingredients to combine.
- Assemble by piling a helping of sweet potato fries onto a plate. Top with the ground beef mixture, shredded cheese, lettuce, grape tomatoes, avocado, pickles, and sauce.
