Cheeseburger Loaded Sweet Potato Fries

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
  2. Spread the frozen sweet potato fries in a single layer on the lined baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown and crispy.
  3. Meanwhile, heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the ground beef and onion. Break apart the meat and cook until the onion is translucent and the meat is cooked through. Drain the excess grease.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk the sauce ingredients to combine.
  5. Assemble by piling a helping of sweet potato fries onto a plate. Top with the ground beef mixture, shredded cheese, lettuce, grape tomatoes, avocado, pickles, and sauce.
