Sheet Pan Sausage and Veggies

Simple sheet pan dinner with sweet apple chicken sausage, sweet potatoes, and cauliflower seasoned with 21 Seasoning Salute.
Ingredients
Produce
- 1 lb sweet potatoes, diced
- 1 lb carrots, diced
- 1 head cauliflower, diced
Meat & Seafood
- 1 (12-oz) package sweet apple chicken sausage, sliced
Pantry / Dry Goods
- 1 Tbsp 21 Seasoning Salute
- 1 tsp salt
Sauces & Condiments
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line 2 sheet pans with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
- Divide the sausage and vegetables evenly between the 2 lined sheet pans. Drizzle the vegetables with olive oil and sprinkle with the 21 Seasoning Salute and salt. Toss to coat. Spread the sausage and vegetables out in a single layer.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes, until the vegetables are tender.

- When preparing the vegetables and sausage, try to chop everything the same size so they cook evenly.
