Egg Roll Bowls

Deconstructed egg rolls in a bowl with seasoned ground pork or turkey, shredded cabbage, and coconut aminos.

Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the oil, ground turkey, and onion. Break apart the meat and cook until the onion is translucent and the meat is cooked through. Drain the excess grease.
  2. Add the garlic and ginger cubes to the skillet and stir until combined.
  3. Add the shredded cabbage and coconut aminos. Stir and cook until the cabbage is wilted, about 5 minutes.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Top with fried eggs, cilantro, and sriracha sauce, if desired.
