Egg Roll Bowls

Deconstructed egg rolls in a bowl with seasoned ground pork or turkey, shredded cabbage, and coconut aminos.
Ingredients
Produce
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 (10-oz) bags shredded cabbage mix
- fresh cilantro
Meat & Seafood
- 1 lb ground turkey breast
Dairy & Eggs
- fried eggs
Frozen
- 4 frozen garlic cubes
- 4 frozen ginger cubes
Pantry / Dry Goods
- 2 Tbsp avocado or extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- Salt
- Pepper
Sauces & Condiments
- 1/3 cup coconut aminos or soy sauce
- sriracha sauce
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the oil, ground turkey, and onion. Break apart the meat and cook until the onion is translucent and the meat is cooked through. Drain the excess grease.
- Add the garlic and ginger cubes to the skillet and stir until combined.
- Add the shredded cabbage and coconut aminos. Stir and cook until the cabbage is wilted, about 5 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Top with fried eggs, cilantro, and sriracha sauce, if desired.
