Walking Tacos

Seasoned ground beef with pinto beans and roasted corn served in bags of corn chip dippers with a creamy ranch sauce.
Ingredients
Produce
- diced tomatoes
- diced avocados

Meat & Seafood
- 1 lb ground beef
Dairy & Eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup milk
- shredded Mexican cheese
Frozen
- 1 cup frozen roasted corn
Pantry / Dry Goods
- 1 (15.5-oz) can pinto beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 Tbsp taco seasoning mix
- 1 Tbsp Chili Lime Seasoning Blend
- 1 (9.75-oz) bag Corn Chip Dippers
Sauces & Condiments
- 1/4 cup salsa
- 1 tsp Ranch Seasoning Blend
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the ground beef. Break apart the meat and cook until browned. Drain the excess grease.
- Add the pinto beans to the skillet. Break the beans so they blend with the meat. Stir in the roasted corn, taco seasoning, and Chili Lime Seasoning Blend. Cook until warmed through.
- Meanwhile, in a small mixing bowl, combine the sour cream, salsa, milk, and Ranch Seasoning Blend to make a creamy ranch sauce.
- Assemble the walking tacos in disposable snack containers by layering the chip dippers, taco mixture, desired toppings, and creamy ranch sauce.
