Pizza Roll Ups

Pizza dough rolled up with mozzarella, pepperoni, and cheesy seasoning, then sliced into pinwheels and baked golden brown.
Ingredients

- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
Meat & Seafood
- 1 (6-oz) package pepperoni
Pantry / Dry Goods
- 2 (16-oz) bags ready-to-bake pizza dough
- 2 Tbsp Cheesy Seasoning Blend, divided
Sauces & Condiments
- 1 (16-oz) jar pizza sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
- Stretch out one pizza dough into a 12 x 10-inch rectangle on the lined baking sheet. Sprinkle the dough with 1 Tbsp Cheesy Seasoning Blend, 1 cup mozzarella, and 24 slices of pepperoni.
- Roll up the pizza dough, like you're making cinnamon rolls. Slice the large roll into 12 equal pieces with a serrated knife. Place the pizza rolls onto the lined baking sheet.
- Repeat the process with the remaining pizza dough, seasoning, cheese, and pepperoni.
- Bake the pizza rolls for 12-14 minutes, until golden brown.
- Dip the baked rolls in the pizza sauce.
