Grilled mahi mahi patties on toasted brioche buns with avocado, red onion, and garlic mustard aioli.

Instructions

  1. Preheat an outdoor grill or indoor grill pan to medium-high.
  2. Remove the mahi mahi patties from the package and place on the grill. Cook the patties for 3-4 minutes on each side, until cooked through.
  3. Place the brioche buns face down on the grill, and grill until lightly toasted.
  4. Assemble the burgers by adding a burger patty, red onion, avocado, and lettuce to one side of the bun. Spread the other side of the bun with a generous amount of the mustard sauce.
