Mahi Mahi Burgers

Grilled mahi mahi patties on toasted brioche buns with avocado, red onion, and garlic mustard aioli.
Ingredients
Frozen
- 1 (4-ct) package frozen mahi mahi burgers
Produce
- 1/2 red onion, sliced
- 1 avocado, thinly sliced
- 1/4 head iceberg lettuce
Pantry / Dry Goods
- 1 (4-ct) bag brioche buns
Sauces & Condiments
- 1 (9-oz) jar Aioli Garlic Mustard Sauce
Instructions
- Preheat an outdoor grill or indoor grill pan to medium-high.
- Remove the mahi mahi patties from the package and place on the grill. Cook the patties for 3-4 minutes on each side, until cooked through.
- Place the brioche buns face down on the grill, and grill until lightly toasted.
- Assemble the burgers by adding a burger patty, red onion, avocado, and lettuce to one side of the bun. Spread the other side of the bun with a generous amount of the mustard sauce.
